Happy Physically Independent, Mentally / Spiritually Dependent, Day

Well, that time of the year for Americans is coming around again. The smells of charcoal, beer, and fireworks. Free to enjoy the day for being an independent nation, but are we STILL mentally and spiritually dependent?

(I feel like we are as a nation)
